Built around 1910 as a country house, Villa Flora was fully restructured in 2021/ 2022 to offer guests a modern, minimalistic setting with stunning views over the lake. The breathtaking lake view extends from Laglio to Argegno in the north and Torno in the south. It is really unique in this area.
In the summer months you can enjoy the sun from the morning to the evening on one of the three terraces or just sit in the glass cube opening all windows and enjoy the light summer breeze 300m over the lake. The house offers outdoor showers and the lake can be reached in 25min by foot and 40min return.
Villa Flora has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished in modern Nordic design. The house offers a working studio fully equipped with monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer and of course fast satellite internet and a selection of art books to read in or a beamer to watch films with. If you go to the newly built area on the ground level you will find a super modern, glass featured living area with an old cellar being transformed into a, minimalism designed state of the art kitchen which is equipped with everything you need for a tasteful meal. To make you feel home, there is even an equipped bar and some basic food stocks available, which should be replaced when used.
The beautiful estate features a wild garden with fruit trees and herbs, which can be used by the guests. The house is situated in a natural area.
A unique place to enjoy with your family and friends, enjoy the breath taking views, use one of the outside showers or have a barbecue on one of the terraces. Do not miss to have a walk to lovely, picturesque Molina and eat in one of the three local restaurants.
From Molina you can do hikes or rent eBikes in one of the villages. Como is just a 15min drive, Bellagio 40min, Malpensa and Milano around 60min.
Please note: The last 50m to the house are quite steep and the house has many stairs. It is therefore not suitable for people with walking problems!
