This fabulous farmhouse is at only 700 meters from the sea. Completely immersed inside an estate that previously belonged to the WWF sanctuary, the estate is surrounded by open fields and is characterised by the beautiful soft dunes that separate the property from the sea.
Through a private countryside path, the property has a direct access to the beautiful and totally uncontaminated stretch of beach with sun loungers and gazebos. The farmhouse, surrounded by a large 5000-square metre garden, consists of a building along with two large dependance. The main house is developed on three floors with a kitchen, dining room, study, bathroom, laundry room, service room, and five lovely bedrooms with bathrooms; moreover, the two dependance each have a bedroom with bathroom.
The farmhouse boasts of a unique location completely immersed in magnificent nature and very close to many interesting and well-known spots. The equipped beaches are two kilometres from the house.
