This ultra-modern one of its kind pool villa was designed by VaSLab Bangkok (named as one of the 25 best architects in Thailand by Archello) and completed only in March 2022. It is located in the up-and-coming subdistrict Hin Lek Fai in Hua Hin and thanks to the slight elevation it features stunning mountain views to Black Mountain and the mountains of the border to Myanmar.
The main road is only 3 minutes away where one can find multiple restaurants, coffee shops, local shops and supermarkets. From there, it takes only ca. 10 minutes to the center of Hua Hin and ca. 15 minutes to the bypass road leading to Bangkok or to the South of Thailand. This superbly representative two bedroom villa boasts a grand entrance with a huge 7 meter glass facade leading to the spacious light-filled open-air layout living area which is furnished with elegant modern high-quality furniture. At the end of the room, a staircase leads to a sizable mezzanine floor with a glass balustrade and access to a large East-facing terrace. The separate cozy kitchen is another highlight of the villa and can be accessed from the living room through large pocket doors and the staff entrance. The kitchen is a dream of the ones who like to cook and entertain. It is fully customized based on the
owner’s own design with high-quality fittings & fixtures (Neolith counter tops, Blum fittings) and branded appliances (Foster, Bosch, Elica, Electrolux, Samsung). Other features of the kitchen are a large counter top extension in oak wood seats up to to four people, a large decorative shelf unit, and a wine storage shelf with cabinets to store liquors or glasses. Through a large corridor with floor-to-ceiling windows one reaches the guest and master bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms and high-quality branded fittings, rain-showers and smart toilets. The master bedroom also features a spacious custom walk-in closet.
The concealed wirings for solar power and CCTV has been pre-installed for a new owner to add, if so desired.
The expansive outdoor area is fully tiled with direct access to a XL swimming pool with two separate jacuzzi areas, a perfect place to unwind and to enjoy the sunsets. The adjoining garden is largely completed with palm trees and offers a new owner the
opportunity to create his own landscaping design.
