Gallery at First & Tenth Condos is a new condo project by Truman Homes and is currently in pre-construction. The new project will be located at 224 10 Avenue Southwest in downtown Calgary. The major intersection is 1 Street Southwest & 10 Avenue Southwest. Gallery on First and Tenth Condos will be 19 storey tower with 120 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts. Units will range from 475 square feet to about 850 square feet. The building will feature two floors of commercial space of 22,000 square feet. The estimated completion date for the 1st & 10th Condos is from the End of 2026 to 2027.
