Nid d'Amour, true to its French translation “Love Nest”, was built in 2007 on the hillside in Terres Basses taking full advantage of the spectacular view over Baie Rouge and Marigot. Surrounded by neighboring hillsides and guided by a palm-lined entrance, Nid d’Amour offers 265 sqm of living space that ushers you directly to an amazing ocean view. The living area has a tasteful sea-inspired decor with a charming French-style kitchen featuring a marble high top that faces the sea. The property includes a flat lot where an additional villa with direct access from the road can be built.
Nid d’Amour is a short drive to Baie Rouge Beach and a few minutes to Baie Nettle's restaurants. In 10 minutes you reach the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops and galleries, historic buildings, and the Creole market.
