The layout of your vacation home:
First floor: The detached vacation home under thatch offers with its lush approx. 200 m² total area up to six people plenty of space to realize your Sylt vacation dream. Framed by typical Frisian walls and lush planting, you can enjoy sunny hours and Sylt open-air in the garden on one of your two terraces with comfortable garden furniture and comfortable loungers or enjoy the morning sun with a chat with your loved ones directly in front of the "Klöntür".
From the entrance with the wardrobe, you enter the light-flooded and extremely tasteful, and high-quality furnished living and dining area of your domicile. The modern, handleless brand kitchen is fully equipped: Induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and an additional wine fridge go without saying. Likewise, you have the choice between a Nespresso and a filter coffee machine. Indulge yourself and your family or friends at the inviting large dining table with comfortable chairs.

You can look forward to a second ensuite bathroom with a large shower with a Raindance shower head, heated towel rail, toilet, and fine vanity.
Basement: In the basement, you will find two tastefully designed rooms with high ceilings, each with high-quality box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m), carpentry fittings for your wardrobe, and large flat-screen TVs. One of the rooms has a bathroom ensuite with a bathtub, WC, and double wash basin. Enjoy relaxing hours in your very own glass-fronted sauna in the bathroom with a large shower with a Raindance showerhead, heated towel rail, WC, and vanity. A washing machine and dryer are also available for you. Further closet space can be found in the hallway area.
Of course, in front of your detached house under thatch are two car parking spaces with an electric gate to the courtyard entrance. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this domicile.
