The building was built in 1903 and its author is one of the most striking representatives of Riga’s Art Noveau architecture - Mihails Eizenšteins. It was him who created the miraculous Alberta Street ensemble, as well as a string of houses on Elizabetes and Strēlnieku streets. It is an undeniable fact that the street on which the apartment is located on is full of history and beauty.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building and has a total area of 194 sq.m. Layout of the premises – an entrance hall, a study, a guest toilet, a hall which leads to a winter garden and a kitchen which is combined with a dining area. From it there is an entrance to the spacious and cosy living room with a balcony which is placed on the building’s facede’s side.
