The manor was built in the first half of the 19th century and nowadays is labelled as one of the cleanest and most elegant manor’s in Riga.
Estate’s name, translated from German, means “lake joy”, which is not far from the truth, because until the beginning of the 20th century Zēluste was Riga’s residents’ favourite place to drive out to. The proximity of water and forest, fresh air and being located just a 30 minute drive away from the center of Riga make this place wonderful. It is located in a lovely location and is filled with history. It is not for nothing that the building has been renovated and is currently labelled as a monument of national importance.
The Zēluste’s Manor’s complex houses 2 residential buildings with 5 ancillary buildings.
