Lot 24 sits on the Southern tip of the peninsula of Saint Kitts, just above Turtle Beach, and has panoramic views that span to 270 degrees. The plot has an uninterrupted view of Nevis across the Narrows, which is the channel between Saint Kitts and Nevis. To the South, one has a clear view of the Caribbean Sea, Turtle Beach, Scotch Bonnet Hill, and Cockleshell Bay where one can see the constant flow of traffic of the water taxis.



Of all the land lots on Turtle Beach, owing to its large size, Lot 24 is the only one with permission written into the deeds to allow for two dwellings to be built, if the plot were to be subdivided. Therefore, the plot may be subdivided, and it is possible to build a residential home with a large capacity i.e. many rooms/bedrooms, provided they are built as two adjacent dwellings.


The area lies close to a variety of beach bars and restaurants, The Park Hyatt St.Kitts, and The Christophe Harbour Marina. Turtle Beach Estates is also one of the very few areas (or the only area) on the St Kitts peninsula south of Frigate Bay available for private ownership. This land lot is one of the last few available.
