This estate in general, and its main building in particular, is the culmination of the thinking of Miquel Maria Aragonés, the architect who designed and built this house for the use and enjoyment of himself and his family.
He spared neither imagination nor expense; the impressive architecture of the main house and its gardens of more than 5,000 square metres is the fruit of his thinking, taken here to the highest degree, where modernism blends with his particular view of space.
The house is a complete work, where the architect thought of every last detail, even going so far as to design his own lighting and some of the furniture, and integrating antiques such as the spectacular entrance door, brought to the estate from a nunnery.
Its 316 m2 of living space are distributed in 9 bedrooms, other bathrooms, kitchen, a large dining room with access to the terrace, living rooms and library.
The rest of the surface area, up to 1,138 m2, corresponds to sports uses. Such as a large tennis court or a unique 3-level swimming pool, from which the entrance walkway acts as a diving board. Several storerooms and auxiliary buildings such as the summer dining room with barbecue or the woodshed, with drying space for the aromatic herbs that grow on the estate itself.
All this in an exceptional location, at the foot of the mountain and 20 minutes from the sea. Always under the gaze of "La Guaita", the name given to the estate since its beginnings in the middle of the 20th century.
