Thanks to an attractive location and stylishly furnished to a high standard, this accommodation offers a comfortable stay with a living and dining area, bathroom with bathtub, guest toilet, and two balconies. The suites have a kitchen island with two bar stools, a bench, and a dining table for 4 people. On the left, there is a sofa bed, a desk, a dressing room, and a bathroom with a shower. Here you can unwind and enjoy the space to feel good.
You acquire a property secured by a land register. The acquisition is notarized by deed. For the acquisition, in addition to the purchase price, approx. 2% notary fees and 6% land transfer tax are incurred. For the acquisition of the property, no sales tax is due to § 13b Abs. 2 Nr. 3 UStG. (sales tax collection in the reverse charge procedure).
As the purchaser, you can use your apartment for private vacations at any time. In the low season even free of charge (except for final cleaning and any additional services booked). In the high season, you pay the operator's fee in the amount of 25% of the fixed rental price. The main season is set for four days Easter, from 24 December to January 1st, and from June 15 to September 30. For a stay in the main season, a booking advance of six months is required.
