Casa Palma Brava was built in 2020 by the architect Miguel Gomez of the prestigious Mexican firm Gomez Lombo Arquitectos. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a walk-in closet made of walnut wood, like all the carpentry in the house, Santo Tomas marble plates and the kitchen are spectacular with granite countertops, Blum German hardware and equipment of the Teka brand, and the entire windows are made of double noise-insulating glass.
The house is ideal to live in a quiet space with green and mountain views within the city, the neighborhood for its privacy enjoys calm and tranquility. The social area is integrated into the terrace and garden of the house creating a very special atmosphere. One of the three fireplaces is outside, located on the terrace next to the garden and game room. The neighborhood has a park with a playground, a soccer field, and a kiosk for common use.
