Equestrian house located 88 km from Madrid in the municipality of Fuentelencina (Guadalajara- Spain). Built between 2004 and 2008 from scratch in a field -with no buildings in its surroundings to the four winds- it consists of the following dependencies on a farm of just under 300,000 m2:

• House of 700 m2 with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and toilet.

• Swimming pool

• Horse stables

• Covered bullring

• Facilities for fighting bulls (fences and corrals)

• Other facilities for livestock (corrals, feeders and food storage)

• House for caretakers (4 apartments)
