Located south of Porto-Vecchio, on the heights of Palombaggia, this superb contemporary-style property enjoys a beautiful sea view. Particular care has been taken with the landscaping. The planting and rockwork, together with a 20m infinity pool, contribute to this remarkable environment. Built on one level on 500 m2, this new and luxurious villa offers appreciable volumes. The entrance hall leads to large living rooms: a double living room opened by huge bay windows, adjoining the dining room and the open kitchen with a back kitchen. The whole is bathed in light through large bay windows. Behind the living room, the master bedroom has a bright bathroom/shower and a terrace facing the sea. A first guest bedroom with shower room completes the ensemble. The second sleeping area is located at the other end of the house. This one offers 3 bedrooms each with a private terrace and an independent bathroom or shower. Finally, a staff room with its own shower room is located near the gym, facing the courtyard. A large terrace with deckchairs and garden furniture around the pool allows you to relax in the best conditions.
