Set in a sought after location, just a short drive from Corfu town, this property is surrounded by gardens with olive trees and fruit trees, all immersed in the splendor of a pristine landscape.
All around, the vegetation is lush and typically Mediterranean; a quiet secluded oasis of relax and tranquility, just a few minutes from the sea.
Galatia is arranged on three levels. The ground floor consists of a large living room with fire place, a refined and elegant dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. Interiors are bright, wide and carry the same light and fresh atmosphere that can be perceived all around.
The spacious, beautiful veranda leading out to the pool, is perfect for enjoying the peaceful atmosphere that surrounds the house: it provides plenty of shade during the warmest days.
The swimming pool is located in front of the veranda and surrounded by umbrellas and sun beds, as well as a fully equipped bbq area.
Upstairs, there are two double ensuite bedrooms, a twin and a master bedroom with a shared bathroom.
On the lower level, there is an additional bedroom with its own ensuite, as well as a spacious one-bedroom guest apartment. This unit features an independent entrance and is also internally connected to the main villa through a staircase. The apartment is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, a living room, and a dining room adorned with an open fireplace.
