Located in the residential and private development of "Sabana Liber Villa Park", close to the hotels, beaches, and restaurants. The home has a private carport, tropical garden with swimming pool, beautiful kitchen and is very stylish furnished. Aruba's finest beaches are only 5 minutes away by car (1.5 miles) to the high-rise hotel area where you'll find lots of restaurants, shops, shows, cinemas, and casinos.
Stone floors throughout, a modern designer kitchen, and high-end appliances. The home has central AC in the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The bedrooms have split unit ACs, WiFi, guest amenities provided, quality linens, and guest supplies. Decorated with upscale tropical materials and colors. You will find this home to be a very comfortable retreat complete with everything you need for a relaxed vacation.
The home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 in existing bedding. Perfect for families or friends.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two twins which can be put together and a bathroom. Bedroom #3 is in the adjacent apartment in the backyard and has a queen bed and a shared bathroom with BR 4. Bedroom #4 is also in the apartment and has 2 single beds. The apartment has a separate entrance.
Outside you have a beautiful swimming pool that receives a lot of direct sunlight. The water temperature is always nice. The home has a large covered terrace on the same side of the home. There's a large glass sliding door separating the living room from the terrace, which gives a very open and bright feeling to the living room and the master bedroom. The terrace features an alfresco dining area off the pool. There's also a comfortable lounge set and a separate BBQ area. The pool deck with comfortable lounge chairs, and the garden with palms complete this very private oasis of a backyard garden.
