South of Marrakech, a palace of ± 2.500 m² and its two guest pavilions nestled on a plot of ± 4 hectares. Embellished by a south-facing park, the property enjoys a breathtaking view of the Atlas mountains. The main palace is built around a large Andalusian patio surrounded, on the ground floor, by several lounges, a dining room, a kitchen, and a laundry room. Upstairs, five bedrooms and their bathroom, which are accessible by the passageway that encircles the Andalusian patio or by stairs at the four corners of the palace, enjoy a view of the green park. The space is extended in a masterful way by a swimming pool of more than 40 meters. In addition, two charming guest pavilions, located on either side of the ornamental central stream, each offer two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom, allowing the occupants to benefit from certain privacy.
