Located in the green area of the "Palmeraie", an Andalusian-style palace enjoying a total habitable surface of ± 4.450 m² in a wooded park garden of ± 40.000 m². The access to the property is via a large door that opens onto an alley from which we gradually discover the impressive dimensions of the palace. At the entrance of the villa, a large reception hall comprises a large living room, an office, and a kitchen. The first floor, accommodates the spa, the hammam, large living areas, and a spacious room that opens onto a large terrace. In the continuity, a patio occupied by a large basin serves six private villas which vary in size between  ±  350 and  ±  450 m², each villa offers a suite and its bathroom, two living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, and service rooms. The upper floor offers, a suite and two bedrooms with a bathroom, an office, and a living room overlooking a large terrace. Each villa has its private garden and a swimming pool of 5m x 11m.
