Built-in 2007, this house was designed by well-respected Chiang Mai architect and native Ajarn Adul Heranya and constructed by the prestigious Phukwan Construction Company.
The house reflects traditional Lanna style, yet is constructed for modern-day living with both practicality and functionality in mind. The house construction is steel framed with doubled concrete walls to protect against heat, keeping the house cool -- even on the hottest of Chiang Mai days. High ceilings, incredible teak detailing and wide custom-made windows and doors transport you back to an earlier time of quality design and construction.
