The villa's facade, which spans two above-ground levels and one basement level, is characterized by precious ceramic decorations. The garden covers an area of 9,000 square meters and includes a citrus orchard and avenues lined with ancient cypress trees.The villa is divided as follows: the ground floor, approximately 250 square meters, is divided into lounges and services; on the first floor, around 200 square meters, you will find the kitchen, the living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and the splendid octagonal-based hall with high frescoed ceilings, terraces with ceramic details, and decorations. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room with a small terrace overlooking the garden. The property also includes a guesthouse and a storage space.
