Developed in the distinguished Primăverii quarter, the project has a B+GF+4F+5Fstepped-back structure. The 35 exclusive apartments benefit from 70 parking lots, underground and over-ground. The project is planned to be delivered in 2022. Primãverii neighbourhood was designed in the 30s by Octav Doicescu (1902-1981), one of the most important Romanian architects in the interwar period. Here lived King Carol II of Romania with Elena Lupescu, until 1940. During the communist period, the neighbourhood was chosen as a residential area for the nomenclature of the time and became the "Forbidden Quarter" - the access was allowed only to the residents. All the presidents after 1990 lived in this area.
