Villa Acanthus is a uniquely designed property located in the southern part of Paros called Faragas. What differentiates this villa from the rest in Paros is its glorious cacti garden which is the largest in Greece, boasting an incredible array of colorful cacti of various sizes and shapes.
The house offers privacy and amazing views of the islands of Ios, Sikinos and Folegandros. This area of the island is not populated with tourists so it has a very local feeling and authentic food.
The villa is built in classical Cycladic architecture, combining large terraces and outdoor spaces . The infinity pool, which gazes onto the cacti garden is breathtaking and features a pergola with 4 giant sofas. This is an ideal spot for sunset drinks and afternoon events. The southern positioning of the house minimizes the effect of any "meltemi" wind that usually blows from the north during the summer months.
Villa Acanthus is designed as a summer residence and as such, the dining area is located outdoors under a handcrafted pergola. It offers a beautiful view of the pool, cacti and Mediterranean Sea.
Adjacent to the dining area sits a fully equipped kitchen with designer appliances ensuring a flawless tool for those fond of cooking. To provide a 360 degree experience to its guests, the property also features a newly installed "Pitch Putt" facility as well as a charming veranda for yoga, both situated in different parts of the villa's garden.
