Located just northwest of Governors Harbour, this 14.085 acre parcel runs sea to sea boasting 245 feet of sandy beach on the eastern Atlantic Ocean side and 492.60 feet of shoreline on the western Balara Bay side. The parcel is separated by Queens Highway into two smaller parcels. There is elevation of about 40 ft above sea level towards the center of the lot with an even slope gently descending downward towards the ocean on both sides. The zoning is open and utilities such as electricity, water, cable, telephone, and internet services are available along Queens Highway. Balara Bay is close to Governors Harbour, home of the first parliament of the Bahamas and serves as the shipping capital of Central & South Eleuthera where the head office of the Bahamas Customs Department is located.
