Vittoria is a traditional 18th century Venetian estate, incorporating a central manor house enclosed in a courtyard by numerous buildings, including a large olive press. A highlight among others would be the Byzantine Church on premises with historically important art.
The 1000 sq.m villa is a historical gem, a cultural landmark nestled within 10 acres of ancient olive groves and from its position on a hill-top on the South-Eastern coast of Corfu, it enjoys unique 360-degree views. Over the sparkling waters of the Ionian Sea to one side, inland towards the mountains and gloriously fertile Corfiot countryside to the other.
The villa also boasts proximity to the sea as it is only 100 meters from the nearest beach and a 20 minute drive from Chalikounas the most glorious unspoilt beach in Corfu. Here you might even catch the migrating Flamingoes.
Vittoria has been painstaking renovated with all modern luxuries while it offers complete privacy for clients seeking to relax and rejuvenate. It can accommodate up to 18 people in its 9 bedrooms. The villa's two master bedroom suites are set centrally within a courtyard that houses the rest of the estate’s buildings. The additional seven luxury double bedroom suites are offered each with their own private garden space and breathtaking views.
A natural corridor of Cypress trees paves the way to the hilltop where the estate’s buildings regally stand. From its extensive gardens one can look out all the way to Corfu town and enjoy an elevated view of surrounding hills and villages. Its infinity pool nestles beautifully amongst the olive groves within easy view of the Olive Press and the main living areas.
The large dining and seating areas both inside and outside, the spacious bedrooms, the professional Kitchen, the dedicated team of staff ( daily maid service, a cook, a groundskeeper, and a point of contact concierge) as well as its beautiful private chapel, also turn this historic retreat into a state of the art venue for either private hire, exclusive private events or corporate functions.
