House designed by the outstanding architect Jorge Figueroa, located in the exclusive neighborhood of Vitacura, in Santiago de Chile, contiguous to an exclusive Golf Club, with a privileged view of the golf course and the city, located at the foot of Manquehue hill.
The modern architecture together with its fine construction brings abundant light and wide spaces, distributed in three levels with access to terraces and panoramic views.
The access level has a hall, living room, dining room, office, and guests’ bedroom. The upper level has the master suite, three more bedrooms en-suite, and a family room. On the lower level, there is a wine cellar, cinema room with a bar, sauna, and workshop.
It has also a kitchen, pantry, loggia, and bedrooms for housekeeping personnel.
The garden has lighting, pool overlooking the golf course, barbecue area, and pool house.
