This luxury villa in north east Corfu is located on a beautiful, privately owned five acre headland, one of the island’s finest jewels. With its spectacular views, beautiful landscaped grounds surrounded by sea and sky, the estate provides the perfect setting for a truly unforgettable experience. Elegant and utterly luxurious, Sea Rose boasts stunning sea views, sensational architecture, pool and entertaining area.
The location of Sea Rose is unrivalled. The house has its own vehicular access and is a 10-15 minute walk to the thriving little harbour of Kassiopi with its charming shops, bars and restaurants.
Designed by a Norman Foster trained architect and built to the highest specifications by the owner, Sea Rose combines a strong Venetian influence complementing traditional Corfiot features with the ultimate in contemporary comfort. The Villa offers privacy, luxurious accommodation and stunning pool areas with much sought after sea access. A network of pathways weaves its way through the estate’s beautiful indigenous flora and woodland to a private jetty, a small pebble beach and Atolikos point where guests can swim from sun drenched rocks. Cobalt blue seas and the dramatic mountains provide a sublime backdrop for the Villa.
Sea Rose is a fabulous venue to totally relax or to host a celebration, wedding party or a gathering of friends and family. Indeed it would be difficult to imagine a more perfect lifestyle experience. Its glamorous sitting room has stone floors and two beautiful open Corfiot fireplaces at either end. Furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and internationally sourced fabrics, art and artefacts it provides the perfect balance of elegance, with a dining table seating 14, allowing for indoor entertaining. Its well-equipped state of the art kitchen opens out onto a fabulous outdoor covered entertaining area with its own bar, barbecue and outside dining table for up to 20 guests.
The villa features an exquisite master bedroom and six spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with their huge walk-in showers and marble surfaces. Each bedroom has been exquisitely designed and decorated and all have their own private terraces shaded by magnificent hand crafted stone arches and beautiful sea views, a perfect spot to relax in peace.
Highlights: stunning outdoor seating areas, a 20m salt water infinity pool which merges seamlessly with the blue of the sky and sea. The poolside ‘Moroccan area’ with comfortable seating and striking cushions, as well as a funky retro cinema room with three huge “Hollywood pink” sofas, a 52 inch TV screen and a VW camper van adorning the wall. A small gym plus a sauna and steam room.
Sea Rose can be booked together with its sister property Sea Breeze for larger parties or rented separately. Both houses enjoy breathtaking positions and views, being perfectly sited to be enjoyed together or independently. Close enough for joint parties to share time and have the benefit of space, but cleverly located so that separate parties can enjoy tranquillity and privacy. Each house has its own pathway down to the sea with beautiful sea swimming and a shared jetty.
