Built a few minutes from Porto-Vecchio and the beaches of Palombaggia, in the heart of the small reconstructed hamlet of Petra Suprana, this property reinvents the Corsican house typical of Alta Rocca. Built in ashlar, superbly integrated and taking advantage of a remote location, this magnificent building, designed by a local craftsman, alternates old materials with vintage furniture. The spaces are comfortable and the outdoors well equipped. Spread over 2 levels, the house has, on the garden level, living rooms: a large living room, a dining room equipped with a large table and a beautiful open kitchen. The whole is bathed in light through multiple French windows. The first floor has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a shower room. Outside, the summer kitchen is sheltered by a Pergola made according to the rules of the art. An overflow pool completes the whole and makes this superb house an ideal holiday destination. The location of the villa, 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and its activities and 5 minutes from the most beautiful beach in the far south, Palombaggia, makes it possible to spend an exceptional stay in Corsica. Equipment Oven, fridge/freezer, Garden furniture, charcoal barbecue + plancha, 3 air-conditioned rooms, private swimming pool in free form secured by an alarm. Services : Linen and towels are provided and changed once a week, Weekly cleaning. Arrivals are made after 5pm and departures before 10 am.
