Newly built in 2016, This 6300 sq ft. 7 bed/8 bath Stone and Timber ICF Chateau Lakehouse boasts a 29 acres level lot with an extensive 1,506 feet of west facing shoreline and its own small island just offshore. Timber frame vaulted ceilings by Confederation Log. The vaulted pine living room ceiling is 18 feet high and the vaulted ceiling in the Vivoir is 22 feet. Solid wood trim is used throughout. Wood floors in the main house are solid ash, maple, butternut and hickory. Wood floors in the coach house and two sun porches are wide plank Ontario solid white and red pine. Two upper level master bedrooms have 15-foot ceilings and main lvl master bedroom features a 20-foot cathedral ceiling. Radiant floors throughout, & 3 hot water forced air furnaces.
