In the neighborhood are some of the best known international schools in Barcelona. This 4-storey house with a lift is almost 500 m2 and consists of: 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, dining room, kitchen, five bathrooms and a courtesy bathroom, 3 terraces, garden, swimming pool, gym, games room, wine cellar, lift, garage, storage rooms, ironing room and the 600 m2 plot of land. All finishes are of high quality and in excellent condition. Entering the house through a very nice corridor, on the right side there is a large living room and the dining room overlooking the garden. From the bright and elegant living room, you can directly access the green garden with a large table and the 13 m pool surrounded by hammocks. On the left side of the ground floor, there is a large fully equipped kitchen with views and access to the garden, a guest bathroom and an ironing room. There is also a 2 car garage and there is the possibility to park 2 or 3 cars outside the house.
