Tynedale is one of the finest freehold rural properties in Australia and the largest single owned river frontage property in the area. Standing at over 1,500 hectares, the land has 10 kms of the Collie River flowing throughout along with creeks and springs and is located in one of the safest places of the world to live. Boasting incredible panoramic views and backing onto Wellington National Park, home to an amazing array of wildlife, Tynedale is fortunate with strong rainfall at 1000mm/year, comparable to a Mediterranean climate.
