This modern apartment is in a high value area, positioned in a strategic neighborhood close to major roads, hospitals, shopping centers, service stations, supermarkets or convenience stores.
The exclusive building consists of 9 units. Situated to the north side of the Parque del Cafe, you can enjoy natural light with no direct sunlight thanks to the freshness and shade provided by the local trees.
Designed by Jaime Rouillón, architect, designer and collector of art work; it incorporates within the interior design of the building a historical and anecdotal approach in each of its components, which grants an artistic value without equal at the time of experiencing this magnificent work.
Originally from Peru, Jaime establishes his signature in Costa Rica in 1994 and establishes himself as one of the most well-known architects in the region. After finishing his studies, he worked with Emilio Soyer and Juvenal Baracco, both renowned Peruvian architects. Later, in 1986 he completed a postgraduate degree in Philadelphia, at the University of Pennsylvania and then stayed for 3 years in Miami to work at Miami International Architectural.

The apartment, in addition to being designed by Ruillón, has selected art works from his collection that are part of the final product. At the same time, the furniture was chosen personally by the architect to tune with the design of the department.
The floor of the apartment in imported light oak of 7 inches thick invites you to appreciate the glazed ceramic pottery, handmade in San Francisco, CA, as well as American olean ceramics. The kitchen, Italian mitton in American walnut, includes Electrolux brand appliances, and a Leibner recessed paneled refrigerator, which allows the cuisine lovers a delightful experience. The main bathroom has vola type faucets, the closet is made of light oak and the apartment has an automated lutron lighting and audio system with central air conditioning.
The building includes within its design a “roof top” type terrace of 400m2, a common area with a party room and barbeque. In addition, it includes a personalized gym. The exterior is plated with ceramic tiles, handmade in San Francisco, CA, as well as exposed concrete in gray table and yellow ocher tinted table.
