Land of 400 hectares is in the upper part of the Palena River basin, specifically 8 km away from "Palena" Village.


This land counts with a private 50-hectare lake, with world-class fishing potential, where brown and rainbow trout can be found. It is an incredible and very private lake, protected, where it is always allowed to navigate. Perfect for fly fishing.

It is covered by shaped forests of Coihue (Nothofagus dombeyi) - Cordillera Cypress (Austrocedrus chilensis) that completely surround the area.

The farm has 3,000 meters on the Palena river bank, the second most flowing in Chile, which stands out for its ideal conditions for floats, bird observations, and especially fly-fishing.

The Palena River is one of the longest in Chile, passing from Argentina to the magnificent Patagonian Chilean Fjords.

With regard to forests, this property has forests formed by Coihue, associated with Cypress of Cordillera, especially in coastal zones, both river, and lake. There are some areas that were used before as agricultural pastures, now they are currently covered mostly by Radal (Lomatia hirsuta) and Maqui (Aristotelia chilensis).

Currently, the farm has about 30 hectares of overgrown meadows. This makes it have an enormous potential to open grasslands and have agriculture and livestock.
