The grounds (5 ft around the villa) are planted with local flowers, succulents, and incorporate trees from the jungle forest. This unit resides within the Aqua Wellness resort, a world renowned, eco-friendly resort located in Nicaragua's Pacific "Emerald Coast." The villa’s first unit is a two story ‘penthouse’ with king bed, teak shower, and a balcony with views out to the ocean.
