Belmont House is located on the prestigious Belmont Estate, and only a short drive from the hidden gem that is Smugglers Cove, this magnificent new family home provides a wealth of features and amenities. The house is very spacious with a grand private drive, ample parking for at least 2 cars and approximately 6,500 square feet of internal living space. Ideal for a growing family and for entertaining guests there are 4 large en-suite bedrooms all with built in wooden cabinetry. The kitchen is extremely roomy with granite countertops, custom cabinets and a large island. The kitchen flows to the magnificent Great Room, which is bathed in light from the huge windows that soar over two stories. Central to the house is a custom made infinity pool and patio perfect for entertaining with delightful views overlooking the pretty tropical gardens, palm trees and sea views to Sugar Loaf, Jost Van Dyke and beyond. Belmont Estate is well known for its limited access and private living. Although close to the West End ferry terminal and only a 20 minute drive to Road Town this private community remains out-of-the-way and secluded with only a very few cars passing through. However, residents have the best of both worlds given the close proximity to Long Bay Resort and the world famous Long Bay Beach, one of the finest in the Caribbean. The resort amenities include one of the best restaurants on Tortola, a laundry, fitness gym, tennis courts and a large family swimming pool. From here one can also organize transport and a variety of excursions throughout the islands for visitors. Belmont House is a magnificent example of comfortable modern Caribbean living.
