there are all sorts of fruit trees growing,mangoes.pears custard apples guavas,bananas etc.
i have the only license in the lockyer valley for bananas.the house has solar power as well as mains,
so i get free electricity and free water.i overlook wivenhoe dam to the east ,and can
see toowoomba to the west.there are three primary schools within 5 miles and one high school.
i have koalas ,kangaroos flying possums and a vast array of beautiful birds that live here.
there is a bus and taxi service.im thirty minutes to ipswich and 45 minutes to brisbane.
toowoomba is 1 hour away.i am asking 1,500,000 dollars
for the property.
the property is totally flood free,and ive included a photo of sailboats on wivenhoe dam.
that dam is brisbanes water supply,and is three times the size of sydney harbour,
so good fishing and boating at your door.
