Known the world over as the Home of Golf, the town is also a famous seat of learning: St Andrews is one of the UK’s most prestigious academic institutions, and the third oldest in the English-speaking world. During term-time, students from 120 countries make up a third of the town’s population.
We chose a peaceful setting for our elegant townhouses and stylish apartments: close to the seafront, within the grounds of Abbey Park with its orchard and mature trees. Nevertheless, the development is only a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, with a woodland path leading to the smooth expanse of East Sands Beach.
