Villa Blanca is a newly built 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom luxury villa located in the gated, private community of Porters Place, St. James. It is modern and architecturally designed to facilitate a seamless flow from indoor to outdoor living. The exquisite furnishings have splashes of color that represent the island.
This courtyard home features a 20’ private courtyard pool, that’s perfect for the whole family with plenty of lounge seating and a covered outdoor dining of 1,000 sq. ft. / 92.9 sq. mtrs, reclining chairs with ottomans, an outdoor couch, dining room that seats eight and an outdoor bar, a large BBQ grill with propane and grilling utensils and a fully equipped kitchen.
