The hotel opened in 2016 as a part of Sunshine Village private Residenz and is still privately owned. The owner placed great emphasis on the quality of the materials used when building the facility, so the current condition can be described as excellent.
The building was constructed using a skeleton structure with reinforced concrete, and the residential and commercial areas are tiled.
The forward-looking design of the project also makes it possible to operate it as an assisted living facility. The building has wide stairs and corridors, and a large elevator was installed that allows barrier-free access to all floors. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped and each has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each room has a balcony and modern air conditioning. Long-term rental was also considered in the planning. For this reason, electricity meters were installed in all rooms to enable consumption-based billing of energy costs.
