An elegant and charming property, designed by the famous French architect Gérard Béthoux, located in the heart of fashionable sea town of Porto Rafael on the northern coast line of Sardegna.
This captivating villa just a few minutes from the sea, in addition to its beautiful panoramic sea views possesses great architectural charm, being one of the well known published projects of Gérard Béthoux. Recently the villa has also been wisely renovated and modernized by the well known Belgian architect Jean Claude Lesuisse. The perception of the two architectural styles, of which this villa is rich of, are excellently harmonized, creating a luxurious but warm atmosphere.
The villa is spread over different levels, as per the initial project; on the main floor we find the large and bright open living room with sitting and dining areas, which thanks to the large floor to ceiling windows open towards a very well furnished external veranda.
