Water has been an important focus for us with approximately 77,000 litres of Rainwater at the Homestead. The stock water includes 6 dams, 2 equipped bores with solar pumps feeding supply tanks and troughs. Additionally, a 3km underground pipeline supplies water from the southern bore to the stock yards, various locations including our homestead. And of course, most Homesteads have their own Vegetable Garden. Ours is a fully enclosed meshed 10x12m garden with a small Greenhouse, Garden Shed and water supply. There are 7 raised gardens within, all planted out for the coming Winter.

Outside the Homestead, a 6.2 x 4.9 metre Craft Studio with lighting, power points and the rustic appeal of yesteryear awaits you. Perfect for indulging in various crafting or artistic endeavors or can even be transformed into a Man Cave, Airbnb, or an additional bedroom.

Opposite the homestead is a 6.2mx3.2m weatherboard saddle room/storage room with power, which can also be renovated into another unique Airbnb self-contained cottage. There is an external double power outlet on this building, which can be utilized for campers if desired.

There is a nice sized chicken coop for your layers and a few horse yards or pens with a water trough to raise poddy calves in. It wouldn't take much to add smaller mesh to hold sheep in as well.
