Rustic property located in the municipality of Castellón de la Plana, between the towns of Ribesalbes and Alcora, with excellent connection with the A-7 motorway.
An ideal enclave to set up your family's second home, and enjoy nature, country life, and the peace and privacy it offers.
The house is located in an area of the estate with a surface of 11.500 m². It is a manor house consisting of a main floor at street level with various rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchens, cellar and garage, as well as spacious terraces, one of which is covered. On the first floor there are more rooms and bathrooms with two more terraces facing east and west.
The outside area of the large plot where the house is located is dedicated to leisure and rest and consists of different spaces at various heights where you can enjoy walks among pine trees, rosemary and eucalyptus trees and a variety of trees, plants and flowers. Another important part of the estate, maybe the most beautiful, is the pine forest. This is the uncultivated part of the finca, with a surface area of approximately 126,300 m², a semi-circular mountain located on the north of the estate, which protects the entire estate from cold winds, thus creating a very beneficial microclimate. It is a unique place, where you can enjoy magnificent 360 degree views. To the east you can see the sea and to the southeast the beauty and grandeur of the Sierra de Espadán.

The cultivated area, i.e. the farm itself, has an approximate surface area of 242,300 m2 (290 ha) with plantations of: NAVEL DE FOYOS, VALENCIA LATE, CLEMENTINA DE NULES. The entire finca is equipped with a complete drip system using a centralised system. The hut/power transformer, which belongs to the estate, receives high voltage and supplies low voltage for the needs of the well, the houses and installations.
