It is a manor house consisting of a main floor at street level with various rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchens, cellar and garage, as well as spacious terraces, one of which is covered. On the first floor there are more rooms and bathrooms with two more terraces facing east and west.
The outside area of the large plot where the house is located is dedicated to leisure and rest and consists of different spaces at various heights where you can enjoy walks among pine trees, rosemary and eucalyptus trees and a variety of trees, plants and flowers.
