It sits on a small hill within a large 2500-acre private estate and has gorgeous and unobstructed 360-degree views of the surrounding medieval villages and countryside. It is optimally located within a twenty minute drive of the main Rome-Florence tollway as well as the beautiful villages of Pienza, Montepulciano, Radicofani, Montalcino, Sarteano, Cetona, San Quirico, Bagno Vignoni and many others.
The present owners rebuilt the property using modern construction and finishing standards, while keeping the original perimeters, style and character of the buildings, which is mandatory in this valley registered on the UNESCO World Heritage Site List.
