This wonderful farmhouse is located in the gentle hills of Monferrato, bordered by vineyards, near the renowned town of Moncalvo. This is a finely restored property in 2010, surrounded by a land measuring approximately 1.4 hectares, an ideal place for peace and relaxation. The location is quiet and very private but, at the same time, it is close to all services.The main house is on two levels and it is distinguished by its large and bright spaces and by the fine finishes. On the ground floor the kitchen and the dining room open onto a beautiful porch from which you can admire the surrounding landscape. The large living room, with original vaults, overlooks the garden, the characteristic double-sided fireplace divides it from a study. We go up to the upper floor thanks to a marble staircase and we find a large open space with oak floor and fireplace, as well as the master bedroom complete with wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and terrace. Adjacent and communicating with the main body is the so-called "guest house", which is also very well-kept. It is spread over three floors: on the ground floor we find a room for tasting the excellent wines of the territory and with direct access to the suggestive wine cellar, while on the upper floors there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, characterized by details in canton stone and exposed brick. The outdoor spaces are liveable and well designed: a wonderful panoramic salt water swimming pool (15m x7m) has recently been built, complete with a patio where to relax.
