Extraordinary contemporary house in the exclusive San Damián neighborhood by the outstanding architect Christian de Groote, winner of the National Architecture Award. Facing north and built-in reinforced concrete, it stands out for the beauty of its design, construction quality, finishes, and technology of the highest standard.
The house is planned on three levels totaling 1,425 m2 and is on a 5,000 m2 plot.
Upon entering the property, we find a 1,000 sqm esplanade in Patagonian porphyry stone that ends in an imposing L-shaped sculptural volume, with access at the intersection.
