In 2011 Teodoro Fernández, National Prize for Architecture, designed this house in the Punta Pite sector as a special commission to build independent houses for two families with incredible familiar places to meet and that could eventually operate a hotel. In a 10,000 m2 lot on the seashore, north-facing, protected from the south wind, is this spectacular property of exquisite design, fine finishes, and excellent maintenance.
