The grand but well hidden gem, is located in the small Ionian paradise that is called Ithaca, an island that will enchant you with its unspoilt nostalgic character and its dramatically beautiful nature. Reputed for its most stunning emerald green waters and exotic white pebble beaches, Ithaca is a fine example of the splendour of the mediterranean nature.
Norma offers the unique combination of old world luxury and lush modern amenities in a most divine and authentic setting whilst in close proximity to the picturesque Vathy, the capital of Ithaca. The estate is a resort of unparalleled beauty while the natural surroundings feel as if they were kept hidden for you to explore. The breathtaking sea views and the expansive private gardens focusing on evergreen trees and shrubs are two elements that will fully inspire every visitor.
The resort consists of the main villa (685sqm) as well as a guest house (230sqm) that may both accommodate 12 people in total. There is a little farm that produces wine, vegetables and fruit, a heated pool, and a floating dock for water sports. More over there is a footpath for private access to your own pebble beach but what’s most intriguing, is that the Villa comes with three boats, a malibu speedboat, a skippered Riva, and a tender boat. Fully serviced with luxurious interiors that feel almost Tuscan, the Villa indoor and outdoor areas are decorated with such attention to detail that will be loved at first sight.
Services included here at Norma are chef services, concierge services and a villa manager, as well as a skipper and captain with the boats. Transfer to and from Kefalonia by Riva boat and a one day excursion are complimentary. Please note that fuel is not included and will be charged separately.
