Marina Bay Suites is a luxury condominium located in Marina Bay, Singapore. It is one of six towers (Grade A Commercial offices and Luxurious Residential) of the Marina Bay Financial Centre, jointly developed by Keppel Land, Cheung Kong Holdings and Hongkong Land.
Planned as a “city in a garden,” the Marina Bay Financial Center provides an integrated live-work-play development. A two-phase development, Phase I comprises two office towers and one residential tower. Phase II saw the addition of a third office tower in 2012 and a second residential tower in 2013. Fully integrated pedestrian routes offer easy connections between the various distinct parts of the development as well as to Singapore’s mass transit systems. Throughout the site, the groundscape provides for lively pedestrian activity along inviting public routes and plazas.
The towers have been developed as a grouping of crystalline forms, sculpted and chamfered to reflect light and provide a sense of depth to the surfaces. The facades of the commercial towers are defined by projecting horizontal sunshades, which provide unity to the development. The residential tower’s facade transforms itself from flat panels to louvers to recessed window openings. Projecting balconies give privacy to the interior of the apartments and act as significant shading devices.
Marina Bay Suites stands at 227 meters (745 ft), with 66 floors, making it Singapore's 14th tallest tower. It consists of a total of 221 apartments. There are 108 three-bedroom units (1,572 square feet (146.0 m2) to 1,604 square feet (149.0 m2)), 110 four-bedroom units (2,045 square feet (190.0 m2) to 2,695 square feet (250.4 m2)), and three penthouses (4,682 square feet (435.0 m2) to 8,181 square feet (760.0 m2).
The architect for Design is Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The architect of record is Architect 61.
