三楼设有1间浴室（带有淋浴间）、3间卧室、一个大型开放式的家庭生活区、带热水浴缸的露台。每个楼层都安装有一台以丙烷为燃料的壁炉。
最后，木宅还建有一个铺设了地毯的阁楼，该阁楼的宽度与整幢木宅的宽度相同。

Our ski chalet, located on Mount Washington, Vancouver, Island, British Columbia is ideally positioned on the ski hill for accessibility to both Downhill and Nordic skiing, as well as snowshoeing during the winter, and close to Strathcona Provincial Park for the summer enjoyment of skiing, fishing, hiking or climbing a mountain. It is a beautiful thirty minute from the Comox Valley, and it's commercial airport, which gives it easy access via many larger metropolitan airports.
The building is situated with a view to the mountains of Strathcona Park, and two ski lifts, and is adjacent to the beginners learning area, and near the tubing park. A creek runs along the back side of the property. Further, it is one of the few chalets that has year round access by car, and is truly ski-in, ski-out,
The ground floor floor suite has two bedrooms, bathroom, utility room, and an open kitchen/living area. Outside, the patio area is covered, and is the location of a hot tub. The entryway has slate flooring and a wet area for ski equipment.
The second and third floor comprises the four bedroom suite. The second floor has a slate entryway, as well, and a larger wet area. There is one bedroom, a bathroom, and shower room, kitchen, and open living area. There is a large deck off of the living area which is covered. The third floor has a bathroom with shower, three bedrooms, a large open family area, and another hot tub of the deck at this level. There is a propane fireplace on each floor. Finally, there is a loft that is carpeted and runs the length of the building.
